Ingredients
- For the salad:
- 1 bunch kale
- 1 D'Anjou pear, sliced
- 1 Honeycrisp apple, sliced
- 2 small carrots, shaved
- 1 small sweet yellow onion
- For the dressing:
- 1 T apricot jam
- 1 T mirin
- 1 t Chinese five spice powder
- 1/2 t wasabi powder
Preparation
- Slice up 1/2 lb roasted pork belly (according to BBQ Pork Belly recipe)
- Whisk together dressing ingredients
- Toss together salad ingredients plus pork and drizzle with dressing
