Grilled Ramps

Ramps, or wild leeks, are one of the first little bulbs to poke up and assert the will of spring over winter. This time of year is so exciting as it hastens grilling season back upon us! We grilled these beautiful vegetables alongside a flank steak, but if you're lucky enough to find them, any protein will do!


  • LB fresh ramps
  • 1 Tablespoon of olive oil
  • 2 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 teaspoon of black pepper


  1. Gently mix fresh sprigs with olive oil, salt, fresh ground black pepper
  2. Grill over open flame for 3 minutes, fold over and repeat
