Chili Lime Chicken

Our easy Chili Lime Chicken recipe turns a plain old chicken breast into a flavorful delight!


  • 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Juice of 3 limes
  • 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 garlic clove, minced


  1. Marinate chicken breasts in marinade ingredients.
  2. Let the chicken soak up the flavors for 2-6 hours.
  3. Cook on the Memphis at 450 degrees F for approximately 5-6 minutes on each side until internal temperature reaches 170 degrees F.
  4. Remove from heat and you're ready to eat!
