Lemon-Garlic London Broil


Recommended Pellets: All eight flavors will work great!


Cook/Prep Time: 35 minutes (chill overnight)




2 1/2 pounds London Broil

1 cup lemon juice

1 cup olive oil

9 garlic cloves

2 teaspoons grated lemon peel

3 tablespoons Dijon mustard

2 tablespoons fresh, chopped rosemary

Salt (to taste)

Pepper (to taste)




1. Place the meat in a container or a sealable bag.

2. In a food processor, puree the remaining ingredients.

3. Making sure to cover both sides of the meat, pour marinade into the container or bag and seal.

4. Chill for several or hours, or overnight.

4. You can cook this on the grill, over medium high heat. For medium rare, cook for about 8-10 minutes per side.

5. Place steak on a cutting board and allow to stand for 10-15 minutes and then cut across the grain.
