Thanksgiving Cranberry Walnut Stuffing

Cook Time: 1 hour at 350

Grill: Memphis Elite Wood Fire Pellet Grill

Pellets: Natures Way Maple or Your Preference

 

Ingredients:

9 cups of breadcrumbs

1 ½ cup dried cranberries

1 cup of toasted chopped walnuts

1 cup butter, melted

2 14oz. cans low sodium chicken broth

1 ½ cups of chopped celery and some

¾ - 1 cup chopped onion

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon nutmeg

2 Tablespoons Poultry Seasoning

 

Directions:

Sauté the onion and celery in butter, add broth and seasonings. Put bread cubes in a large bowl. Lightly mix in remaining ingredients until bread is coated.

Spoon into lightly greased 3qt. casserole dish.

Cooking Directions: Pre-heat Memphis Wood Fire Pellet Grill to 350 degrees.

Cook for 1 hour and enjoy!
