Over-the-Air Update

Watch the video and follow the instructions below to complete an OTA (Over-the-Air) update for your Memphis Pro or Elite ITC 3 grill. An OTA will update your grill to the most recent firmware version and the latest available features.

Instructions

  1. Connect the grill to a Wi-Fi network
  2. On the grill's controller/display, press the Settings button
  3. Select "OTA Update"
  4. Select "Download"
  5. Once the Download is complete (100%), press the Install button to complete the install
  6. When the install is complete, the controller/display screen will go black and will then restart
