A lot of life's best foods are served on a stick and these turkey kebabs are no exception. Enjoy straight from the skewer or remove the turkey and add our light and refreshing pineapple salsa!

Preparation
1. Place turkey in a heavy-duty closeable baggie with marinade.
2. Marinate for 3-24 hours.
3. To make the salsa, sauté olive oil and minced onions 1-2 minutes.
4. Add pineapple, sugar and salt to onion mixture and boil for 2 minutes.
5. Add brandy and boil for an additional 30 seconds, then remove from heat. Save until needed.
6. Put turkey cubes on skewers and grill 5 minutes per side on a medium heat.
7. Spoon salsa over kebabs and enjoy!
