Tangy Pork Tenderloin

This fast & spicy pork tenderloin only takes 25 minutes to prepare from start to finish! This recipe uses direct heat to create a crispy bark on an incredibly juicy pork tenderloin. Using a mustard base, this tangy sauce packs a flavorful kick!
1. Preheat your grill to 400°F. Once preheated, replace your Indirect Insert with the Direct Flame Insert and press the “up” arrow twice to enter Direct Flame Mode ‘Medium’.

2. In a baking dish, combine mustard, honey, lemon juice, chipotle pepper paste, and ground cumin. Roll the tenderloin through the mix to coat it.

3. Cook on all four sides for approximately 5 minutes on each side. In between rotations, use a tong to dip the pork tenderloin back into the mustard sauce to form a thick bark.

4. Once the pork has reached an internal temperature of 145°F, remove it from heat.

5. Let the pork rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
1 pork tenderloin
