Pork Belly Kale Salad

Looking for a way to sneak some luscious pork belly into something healthy? Here's a great winter salad that combines the good and the oh-so-good!
Preparation
1. Slice up 1/2 lb roasted pork belly (according to BBQ Pork Belly recipe)

2. Whisk together dressing ingredients

3. Toss together salad ingredients plus pork and drizzle with dressing
Ingredients
For the salad:
1 bunch kale
1 D'Anjou pear, sliced
1 Honeycrisp apple, sliced
2 small carrots, shaved
1 small sweet yellow onion
For the dressing:
1 T apricot jam
1 T mirin
1 t Chinese five spice powder
1/2 t wasabi powder
