Bulk Crust Recipe – Three Crusts

When you are making a pie you may as well make more than one. Especially if you are making a pie on a Memphis, people will hear and want one. This is our best crust recipe for making a pie on a Memphis Grill.
Preparation
1. Mix together salt and flour.

2. Use a pastry knife to blend Crisco into dry mix, until all the mixture in incorporate into chunks.

3. Add water slowly into mixture until all the chunks combine into one mix.

4. Divide into three even disks about one inch thick.

5. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before rolling.
Ingredients
3 ¼ cups Flour
1 Cup Crisco or Butter (cold)
9-11 T Water
1 ½ t Salt
