Spice Rubbed Pork Tenderloin

This recipe lets the pork speak for itself. A few select spices, quality meat and that great flavor you can only get on a Memphis.
1. Preheat Memphis Wood Fire Grill to 375 degrees F.

2. In a small bowl, mix oregano, cumin, chili powder, paprika, salt and pepper together.

3. Rub pork tenderloin with olive oil and coat with seasoning mixture.

4. Place seasoned pork tenderloin on the grill and cook uncovered until the internal temperature of the meat reaches 145 degrees F.

5. Remove from grill and rest for 5-10 minutes allowing natural juices to absorb.

6. Serve and enjoy!
1 pork tenderloin
2 tsp dried oregano
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp coarse kosher salt
Pepper to taste
1 tsp olive oil
