Memphis Eggceptional Eggcups!

Ingredients:

4-5 eggs

1/3 cup of shredded sharp cheese

1/3 cup of diced ham

1/3 cup of onion

1/3 cup of mushrooms

1/3 cup chopped or whole asparagus or spinach

¼ cup of milk

Sprinkle blue cheese on top

 

Directions:

1. Preheat your Memphis Grill to 350 degrees.

2. Beat together eggs and milk. 

3. Chop all the above  ingredients and add to the egg mixture. 

4. Salt and pepper to taste. 

5. Pour into muffin tins, place in the Memphis Wood Fire Grills.

6. Cook for 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees.

7.  Serve and enjoy!

 

Amount of above ingredients may vary depending upon preference.
