Smoked Meat Loaf from Bill the Baker
A Great Dinner Idea from Bill the Baker!
Recipe for one loaf
1 1/2 lbs. meat loaf mix (beef, pork, veal, turkey, any combination)
Mix meat together with:
1/4 C bread crumbs
Season to taste with Memphis Original Steak Seasoning
Set Memphis Grill to smoke at 190 degrees. Place loaf on frog mat for easy removal. Use Meat Probe to monitor internal temperature until it reaches 140 degrees - approximately 3 hours. Increase temperature of grill to 250 degrees. Cook approximately one hour longer until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
NOTE: Cooking time for mutiple loaves does not change in Memphis Grill!
